PAYSERA
The primary payment method on our website is the PaySera internet banking system. It is a prepayment using a card or an online banking system used by the buyer. Payments can be made with VISA, Maestro and MasterCard cards, and from the following Internet banks: OP, Nordea, S-Pankki. Daske Bank, Säästöpankki, POP Pankki, Oma Säästöpankki, Aktia, Handelsbanken, Ålandsbanken. The responsibility for data security lies with the respective bank or PaySera system. After placing the order, you will receive an advance invoice to the specified e-mail, if the payment is made through the PaySera system on our website, you will receive an e-mail stating that the order has been paid.
WITH A BANK CARD
Suitable way if the product is in our warehouse and you want to collect it from our office. After placing the order, we will send you prepayment invoice to the specified e-mail address, and when the order is prepared, you will receive another e-mail, where your order will be assigned a new status - ready to collect in our office.
When ordering on Fitstore.fi page, simply indicate that you will pick up the product yourself at our office in Lahti. Adress: Vuoripojankatu 16, 15210 Lahti. Please find our office here.
The products must be collected within 10 working days after Fitstore.fi has informed you (by e-mail) that your order has been prepared.
BY PAYING A PREPAYMENT INVOICE BY BANK TRANSFER
It is possible to pay for the goods ordered in our store by bank transfer.
After placing the order, we will send you an invoice to the specified e-mail address, if you choose not to make instant payment on our website with PaySera system, you can make a bank transfer afterwards, specifying the number of the prepayment invoice you received (please, be aware that product reservation is made only after receiving the payment).
