Delivery costs include postage and packaging. We will provide an estimate of future delivery costs in the shopping cart, depending on the preferred delivery method. You will see the exact delivery costs once you have selected the payment and delivery methods you wish to use for your order. The delivery methods available depend on the contents of your shopping basket and the total weight and size of your order.
FREE OF CHARGE - COLLECTION OF GOODS IN OUR OFFICE
This method is suitable if you want to receive the product quickly and not to pay for the delivery.
When ordering on Fitstore.fi page, simply indicate that you will pick up the product yourself at our office: Vuoripojankatu 16, 15210 Lahti. Please find our office here.
The product must be collected within 10 working days after Fitstore.fi has informed you (by e-mail) that your order has been prepared for collection.
PRODUCT RECEIPT TIMES: Working days, as agreed
ECONOMIC DELIVERY - DELIVERY OF GOODS by POSTI THROUGHOUT FINLAND
Suitable if you want to save up, there is not much hurry and one of these receiving points is within easy reach.
What do you need to do to get items with Posti? Place an order on fitstore.fi and specify the delivery method "Posti" with the desired receiving point.
PRODUCT DELIVERY TIMES: 2-3 working days.
When the ordered product is delivered to the specified Posti receiving point, you will receive a SMS with a code to be entered into the parcel terminal. The order must be collected within 7 days.
The Posti service is available only to individuals!
COMFORT DELIVERY – WITH A COURIER
Suitable if you want to receive the product in your home. Goods weighing more than 30 kg are delivered only to the front door of the house (apartment house). In this case, please take care of bringing the product home (bringing it to the apartment).
PRODUCT DELIVERY TIMES:
Delivery of the goods will take place 1-2 working days after receipt of the invoice payment.
On the day of delivery the courier will call you and inform you about a specific delivery time
DELIVERY OF GOODS NOT IN STOCK
If any of the products offered in the store are not in stock, we will be happy to recommend a similar product to you or order the selected one. Manufacturers have different delivery times, so we will inform you when the product will be in stock.
