XCO - ALU PREMIUM SET
Two anodised aluminium tubes 27 cm long and two-thirds filled with special, loose granules. These can be used either rhythmically or temporarily placed on a weight belt during XCO training. Not only do they increase the intensity of the exercise, but they connect the shoulder area, the entire abdomen and back to the exercise.
